The Party of Slavery
Documenting the Cruelty, Crime and Corruption perpetrated by the Democratic Party of the United States from 1828–today.
Introduction
It’s time to set things right in America.
It’s time to expose truth and seek justice.
It’s time to establish higher standards of conduct and accountability in government.
This document represents the first step in a major project intended to achieve these goals.
The Project
In this project, everyday Americans will document the cruelty, crime and corruption perpetrated by officials of the Democratic Party since the founding of the party in 1828, until the present day, and use that information in a legal filing. The legal team is currently being assembled.
The Case
We will be filing a complaint at the International Court of Justice (“The Hague”), or another international criminal tribunal, against The Democratic Party of the United States for Crimes Against Humanity.
The Mission
The project has two primary objectives:
- PROSECUTION of Democrats (posthumously, as necessary) responsible for genocide and other violations of international humanitarian law committed in the United States of America, and
- REPARATIONS for all people, and the descendants of people, tortured, killed, enslaved or otherwise deprived of their God-given rights, by the actions of Democrats, since the founding of their party.
Note that we are seeking reparations not from “America”, or “Republicans”, or “the South”, or “white people” or other commonly used scapegoats, but from the actual perpetrator of the crimes, the Democratic Party.
The Charges
All charges can be verified online. Documentation is also available upon request.
01. Native American Genocide
The founder of the Democratic Party, Andrew Jackson, as President of the United States, along with other elected Democrats, expelled huge populations of Native Americans from their ancestral homelands in the 1830s.
The Democrats, in violation of established treaties, forced these people to relocate from the Southeast to areas west of the Mississippi River.
Native American men, women and children were forced to march along treacherous pathways, where thousands died from the freezing cold, disease and starvation.
For one particular tribe — the Cherokee Nation — their 2200-mile march is considered among the worst atrocities in American history, and is known as the “Trail of Tears”.
These forced relocations were referred to “as a unitary act of systematic genocide, because it discriminated against an ethnic group in so far as to make certain the death of vast numbers of its population.”
02. Slavery
At its peak in 1860, there were nearly 4 million slaves in the United States (3,953,760 according to the 1860 Census). An estimated 98% were owned by Democrats.
03. The Civil War
Rather than give up their slaves when Republicans, led by President Lincoln, came to power in 1861, Democrats forced the United States into war. An estimated 620,000 Americans died. As a percentage of today’s population, that’s 7 million Americans dead, all because Democrats wanted to keep their slaves.
04. Execution of Black POWs
Black Union soldiers were executed, unlike their fellow white soldiers, when captured by the Confederacy. This led President Lincoln to issue General Order #252 on July 31, 1863, where he announced “For every soldier of the United States killed in violation of the laws of war, a rebel soldier shall be executed.”
05. Black Codes
After losing the Civil War, Democrats refused to let go of their former slaves. So, in Southern states, where they still had control, they passed laws restricting black people’s freedom and forcing them to work for low wages. These laws, known as “Black Codes”, had the effect of enslaving black people all over again — and under the control of their former owners.
06. The KKK
After losing the Civil War, Democrats wanted to prevent their former slaves from voting, so they created the Ku Klux Klan, a terrorist militia built to intimidate, torture and kill black people who tried to exercise that right. The KKK was known as the terrorist wing of the Democratic Party.
07. Anti-Miscegenation
Democrats used the prospect of miscegenation (i.e., interracial marriage) as a fear tactic to stir hatred for Republicans during the Civil War. After the war, Democrats proposed amendments to the Constitution and other laws to ban interracial marriage. The U.S. Supreme Court struck them all down (the last ones in 1967).
08. The 13th Amendment
When Republicans proposed a Constitutional amendment to abolish slavery, Democrats put up fierce opposition. The 13th Amendment passed anyway.
09. The 14th Amendment
When Republicans proposed a Constitutional amendment to grant full citizenship rights to former slaves, Democrats put up fierce opposition. The 14th Amendment passed anyway.
10. The 15th Amendment
When Republicans proposed a Constitutional amendment to secure the voting rights of former slaves, Democrats put up fierce opposition. The 15th Amendment passed anyway.
Question: Why, with these three amendments in the Constitution, did we need so many civil rights bills over the years?
Answer: Because Democrats are good at finding loopholes.
11. Jim Crow Laws
Between 1870 and 1965, throughout the southern United States, laws were passed mandating racial segregation. These laws, known as “Jim Crow”, dehumanized black people and robbed them of their rights to vote, work and go to school.
All Jim Crow laws were enacted by Democrats. This is not an exaggeration. Every single Jim Crow law was written by Democrat legislators, signed by Democrat governors, and enforced by Democrat sheriffs.
12. Jim Crow and the Nazis
The Nazi Nuremberg laws (which were used to oppress Jews) were based on the Democrat Jim Crow laws (which were used to oppress blacks). Essentially, the Nazis, with these Democrat laws in hand, just crossed out the word “black”, and replaced it with the word “Jew”. This is not an exaggeration. It’s documented in the minutes of Nazi leadership meetings.
13. President Woodrow Wilson
- After nearly 50 years of racial integration in the federal government, Democrat President Woodrow Wilson upon taking office (in 1913) ordered racial segregation in the federal government. “Segregation is not humiliating, but a benefit”, he claimed. His goal was to prevent “the dominance of an ignorant and inferior race”.
- President Wilson authored “A History of the American People”, a five-volume set of textbooks, dedicated to praising the Confederacy, slavery, white supremacy and the KKK. In this book he criticized Republicans for allowing “ignorant negroes” to vote, and expressed gratitude for the terrorist actions of the KKK.
- President Wilson screened a white supremacy movie in the White House. His promotion of this movie (“The Birth of a Nation”, aka “The Clansman”), which contained parts of his books, led to a national resurgence of the KKK. With Wilson’s support and encouragement, the KKK grew bigger and stronger than ever before.
- During the 1918–1919 Spanish Flu pandemic, President Wilson ordered a media blackout of the disease. No news outlets were allowed to publish anything about the virus. Also, for the entire period of the pandemic, Wilson never called on Congress to act, and he never once addressed the nation. In fact, he never said a word about it. It was complete nationwide censorship, ordered by Wilson. As a result, the disease spread like wildfire across the country, killing an estimated 675,000 people. Many of the victims never even knew what hit them.
14. President Franklin Roosevelt
- Democrat President Franklin Roosevelt put Hugo Black, a lifetime (“grand passport”) member of the KKK, on the Supreme Court.
- During World War 2, President Roosevelt rejected emigration of Jews fleeing the Nazi genocide.
- During World War 2, President Roosevelt had 120,000 Japanese-Americans rounded up and put into concentration camps.
- FDR had a close personal relationship with Benito Mussolini, the founder of fascism. He sent members of his administration to Rome to study Mussolini’s “progressive” policies. FDR: “I don’t mind telling you in confidence that I am keeping in fairly close touch with that admirable Italian gentleman.”
- In order to pass his New Deal programs, FDR needed the support of congressional Democrats. The Democrats, in return, wanted FDR to exclude black people from most New Deal benefits and veto any bills that would abolish lynching. He took the deal. Essentially, FDR turned a blind eye to black people dying of starvation and hanging from trees.
15. Senator Robert Byrd
- Democrats elected Robert Byrd, a leader and top recruiter of the KKK, to the United States Senate.
- Democrats, led by Senator Byrd, filibustered the 1964 Civil Rights Bill, which was an effort to end discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex or national origin.
- Democrat senators voted to make Byrd the leader in the Senate.
- Byrd: “I shall never fight in the armed forces with a negro by my side … Rather I should die a thousand times, and see Old Glory trampled in the dirt never to rise again than to see this beloved land of ours become degraded by race mongrels, a throwback to the blackest specimen from the wilds.”
- Byrd: “The Klan is needed today as never before, and I am anxious to see its rebirth here in West Virginia and in every state in the nation.”[
- In 2010, at Byrd’s funeral, Democrat Presidents Clinton and Obama spoke glowingly of Byrd. Joe Biden delivered the eulogy. Hillary Clinton called him her “friend and mentor”. Not a single Democrat leader condemned this racial terrorist.
16. President Lyndon Johnson
- Democrat President Lyndon Johnson, according to an FBI report, was a member of the KKK.
- As Senator, he strongly opposed civil rights legislation supported by President Eisenhower and other Republicans.
- Johnson: “These Negroes, they’re getting pretty uppity these days and that’s a problem for us since they’ve got something now they never had before, the political pull to back up their uppityness. Now we’ve got to do something about this, we’ve got to give them a little something, just enough to quiet them down, not enough to make a difference. For if we don’t move at all, then their allies will line up against us and there’ll be no way of stopping them. It’ll be Reconstruction all over again.”
- Johnson asked Robert Parker, his driver, if he would prefer to be called by his name rather than “boy”, “nigger” or “chief”. Parker said he would prefer his name. Johnson then responded: “Let me tell you one thing, nigger. As long as you are black, and you’re gonna be black till the day you die, no one’s gonna call you by your goddamn name. So no matter what you are called, nigger, you just let it roll off your back like water, and you’ll make it. Just pretend you’re a goddamn piece of furniture.”
17. 50 Years of Oppressing Blacks and other Minorities in U.S. Cities
Democrats have held uninterrupted control of most American cities since the 1960s. Throughout this period, despite trillions of dollars in federal aid, most urban minority neighborhoods are filled with poverty, crime, failing schools, substance abuse, and hopelessness.
In this petition we are alleging that Democrats in charge of these cities have, for decades, pocketed the money and kept minority residents in a state of poverty and despair solely for political purposes.
We are alleging that, because of the unlawful, immoral and inhumane practices of Democratic Party officials, multiple generations of black and Hispanic Americans have been robbed of their rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
In short, we are alleging that Democrat Party leaders are running a racket which is destroying countless lives.
18. Nursing Home Murders
In 2020, during the CCP virus pandemic, for reasons that are difficult to believe or understand, several Democratic Governors ordered nursing homes in their states to accept new residents testing positive for this contagious virus.
This is an excerpt from Governor Andrew Cuomo’s directive of March 25, 2020:
“No resident shall be denied re-admission or admission to the Nursing Home solely based on a confirmed or suspected diagnosis of COVID-19.”
“Nursing Homes are prohibited from requiring a hospitalized resident who is determined medically stable to be tested for COVID-19 prior to admission or readmission.”
As a result, tens of thousands of elderly Americans — those most vulnerable to the virus — were killed.
19. BLM & Antifa
Throughout 2020, Democratic terror groups, namely Black Lives Matter and Antifa, spread terror, death and destruction across the United States. These groups are the Democrats’ newest iteration of their original KKK. We are alleging that all are domestic terrorist groups created and funded by the Democratic Party.
20. The Theft of the Presidency from the American People
In 2020, Democratic Party officials, along with Republican accomplices, engaged in mass voter and election fraud across the United States in an effort to usurp the U.S. presidency from the American people. Their effort was successful.
Many of the methods Democrats used to achieve this objective were nothing new: Voter suppression, voter fraud, intimidation and bribery — the same methods they’ve been using to cheat in elections since the 1830s.

This is the history of your party.
- A history of unimaginable cruelty.
- A history of atrocities.
- A history of crimes against humanity.
And much of it continues to this day.
Perhaps you didn’t know this history. Perhaps you haven’t visited our inner cities to witness the horror show caused by decades of Democratic corruption. Fair enough. So here’s your chance to make things right. We invite you to join us, and help us destroy this monster.
FYI: Your leaders DO know this history. Pelosi, Schumer, Biden, Cuomo, Newsom, etc. They’re fully aware of the past. In fact, they study the tactics of past Democratic leaders to help them seize and maintain power. These tactics include keeping you in the dark and keeping you dependent on them. These tactics also include blaming others (especially Republicans) for the crimes they themselves commit. To be a leader of the Democratic Party you MUST be an expert at lying and manipulation. This has been true since 1828.
Everybody knows Democratic leaders hate Republicans. (Obviously, we stand in the way of their evil plans.) But guess what? They hate you, as well. Your personal well-being means nothing to them. They only care about your money and your vote.
This fact is obvious to many of us who’ve been watching this scam play out for years. But, sometimes it appears in writing, as well.
Here’s John Podesta, Hillary Clinton’s close friend and advisor, admitting that she “hate[s] everyday Americans”.
Why would a person who hates Americans want to represent Americans? Because to Democratic leaders, politics has nothing to do with public service. They just want power. The “everyday Americans”, including their own voters, have no human value. Again, our only value to them is our money and our vote.
The Republicans
The Republican Party is by no means perfect. Many Republicans are criminals and corrupt. This has been true since the party was founded in 1854. The 2020 stolen election, which could not have happened without Republican support, is a stark reminder of this fact.
However, Republicans did not commit the crimes listed above, and have never committed crimes of such magnitude. On the contrary, most of the evils committed by Democrats were ENDED by Republicans (including slavery).
Let’s be clear: There is no organization in American history that can compare, even remotely, to the Democratic Party in terms of cruelty and horror.
Standard Responses
Knowing how Democrats operate, here’s what we can expect in response to our petition:
- Denial. Democrats will deny the charges. They will call them lies and exaggerations. (We will hold firm, as all charges are verifiably true.)
- Deflection. Democrats will blame others for their crimes. Their typical scapegoats are “America”, “Republicans”, “conservatives”, “the South” and “white people”. (We will hold them accountable, as they are responsible.)
- “The parties switched sides.” Democrats have concocted this story that in the 1960s Democrats and Republicans “switched sides”. Yes, they actually say that. They literally claim that Republicans became Democrats, and Democrats became Republicans. Therefore, they’re not responsible for anything because… it was actually the Republicans! Sad. Pathetic. For the record, the story is garbage and can be easily debunked. It’s just another Democratic hoax, in a long list of Democratic hoaxes.
- Character assassination. Obviously, they’ll attempt to cast anybody promoting this petition in the worse possible light. It’s what they do. Nothing is beneath them. Rest assured, I will hold firm. More importantly, the charges can stand on their own.
