Because you didn’t mention it, I presume you were able to avoid BofA’s unnecessary and ridiculous credit line requirement, where customers submitting a PPP application had to have a credit card or loan with the bank.
Or maybe you didn’t mention it because it wasn’t about the digital user experience.
In any case, it caused widespread frustration among customers. Most BofA-PPP complaints I saw online related to this requirement.
