Critical Race Theory (CRT) proposes that all white people in America are racist because of the color of their skin.

It doesn’t matter if the person acknowledges their racism or not, or if it’s conscious or unconscious.

According to the theory, as long as the person is white, they are contributing to “white supremacy” and racial oppression.

Just on its face, CRT is a stupid, racist, mean-spirited and dangerous concept.

• It promotes the idea that white people are evil because they are white.
• It ignores people as individuals. It recognizes only their group identity.
• It pretends to be fighting racism while actually promoting it.
• It’s an affront to Western Civilization and Enlightenment values, which promote the sovereignty of the individual.

CRT has been taught in schools since the 1990s.

It has now infiltrated many government, corporate and nonprofit institutions, often known as “Diversity and Inclusion” programs.

According to researcher Christopher Rufo:

“Critical Race Theory has pervaded every institution in the federal government.”

He wrote about a “diversity” trainer in the U.S. Treasury Department who was holding seminars telling employees that “America is a fundamentally white supremacist country” and “Virtually all white people uphold the system of racism”.

He wrote about Sandia National Laboratories (which develops nuclear weapons) where all white male executives were forced to attend “a 3-day re-education camp to deconstruct their white male culture”. They were also required to write letters of apology to women and people of color for not acknowledging their “white privilege”.

Mr. Rufo has discovered similar cases at other agencies, including the FBI, the Navy and the Air Force.

The White House also lists cases of CRT discrimination in the federal workforce:

• White men being required to say that they “benefit from racism”.
• A seminar where federal employees were told that “virtually all white people, regardless of how ‘woke’ they are, contribute to racism”.
• Training materials stating that racism “is interwoven into every fabric of America”.
• Training sessions where federal employees are told that “there is racism embedded in the belief that America is the land of opportunity or the belief that the most qualified person should receive a job”.

In response to this pernicious practice, President Trump issued the “Executive Order on Combating Race and Sex Stereotyping”.

It’s intended “to combat offensive and anti-American race and sex stereotyping” and applies to all federal agencies, federal grants and federal contractors.

It shall be the policy of the United States not to promote race or sex stereotyping or scapegoating in the Federal workforce or in the Uniformed Services, and not to allow grant funds to be used for these purposes. In addition, Federal contractors will not be permitted to inculcate such views in their employees.

There are now serious consequences for “Diversity”, “Inclusion” and “Equity” programs that discriminate against people because of their race or sex.

The federal government has already cut off funding to all CRT training programs.

Universities are also adjusting, if not because its the morally right thing to do, then to not lose their federal funding.

The order also prohibits government contractors “from engaging in race or sex discrimination” and “to take affirmative action to ensure that such discrimination does not occur”.

Four more years of Trump means a continued push for fairness and equality under the law for all Americans, and the rejection of fraudulent and dangerous concepts like Critical Race Theory, “systemic racism”, “white privilege”, “the patriarchy”, “social justice” and “unconscious bias”.
